Living on the Estate

The Portman Estate is in the popular Marylebone district of the London Borough of Westminster, situated in the very heart of London.

Just a stone’s throw from Oxford Street, Marylebone is a neighbourhood of elegant Georgian terraces, tranquil garden squares and a wonderful mix of boutiques, hotels, cafes and restaurants. All of London’s attractions and commercial districts are easily reached by public transport and many are right on our doorstep.

Music lovers everywhere will have heard of Wigmore Hall, one of the world’s most important recital venues. Art aficionados will be equally appreciative of the outstanding Wallace Collection of paintings, furniture and porcelain, situated in a beautiful town house in Manchester Square.

The area offers a fantastic selection of facilities and activities for everyone, from the local authority’s Seymour Leisure Centre to the private members club, Home House, in Portman Square. As well as having private gardens for residents, we are closely located to two Royal Parks, Regent’s Park, with its famous zoo, and the 350 acres of Hyde Park, where you can unwind at any time of the year.

Places of worship for all major faiths are located across the neighbourhood.

Naturally, our residents enjoy a level of customer service commensurate with the quality of their homes and the Estate environment. Our service team is available around the clock, and you can get to know us personally.

Living on The Portman Estate is to be a part of a unique local community in the heart of the West End, and to enjoy all that central London has to offer.
