We are a founding member of Real Service - www.real-service.co.uk - which provides benchmarking and best practice for customer service within the property industry. Real Service is at the forefront of improving the property sector's attitude towards customers. Each year we take part in a self assessment process in order to benchmark ourselves against other Real Service members.

We regularly seek customer feedback through customer questionnaires. All the responses are used to refine and improve the service we offer to our occupiers.
